Service & Maintenance is only applicable to cardio equipment that is bought from Homefitness or brands that Homefitness distributes such as Horizon Fitness, BH Fitness, DHZ and Tempo Fitness. 

 

Take note: Homefitness has the right to cancel and refund the order, should the product not comply with the requirements.

Service and Maintenance Package consists of: 

  1. Check and secure all electrical connections and components.                
  2. Check and test LED, heart rate, parameter setting and error code on control panels.                
  3. Check for noise on mechanical and electrical components.                
  4. Check and test for alignment and sip test on running belts.                
  5. Check the condition of running belts, running decks and, rear & front rollers.                
  6. Check the condition of frames, seats, pedals and shrouds.                
  7. Check the condition of drive motors and drive motor's carbon brushes.                
  8. Check the condition of V-belts, pulleys, alternators, brakes and chains.                
  9. Ensure that equipment is set on stable ground and properly calibrated.                
  10. Check for misuse and vandalism.                
  11. Clean equipment's internal components and compartments.          

This package EXCLUDES the cost of part replacement, relocation of the equipment, rust removal and rectifying of the problems arising from wear & tear.
