1. How do I go about this rental?
Firstly, email to inquiry@homefitness.com.sg. Our sales team will then proceed to let you know the equipment available for rental. After you have made your decision, an invoice and acknowledgement letter (stating the Terms & Conditions of the rental) will be sent to your email. Once payment and verification is done, our delivery team will arrange a date and time with you for the delivery. The collection date will be sent as a reminder nearer to the date itself.
2. Is it cheaper if I end my 2-weeks rental earlier?
The price is fixed- despite an earlier termination of the rental.
3. What if I still want to continue renting the same equipment after the 2 weeks period?
You are definitely more than welcome to do that by emailing us (the email address in Q1.) to express your interest/decision. Our sales team will advise you from there. And, if you choose to do that, you get to save on the transportation charges!
4. Are the equipment disinfected?
Definitely! Our equipment goes through a deep and thorough cleaning process, before and after each rental, in line with the government’s latest guidelines.
