Please take note of the following conditions:

If our delivery crew is unable to send the equipment to your location via the lift (e.g. equipment is unable to fit into the lift, lift breakdown upon the crew's arrival, refusal of lift access by building management etc.), a staircase delivery fee will be imposed.

The charges per equipment will be as follows:

Delivery to 2nd storey --- an additional fee of $30

Delivery to 3rd storey --- an additional fee of $50

Beyond 3rd storey -------- an additional fee of $10 per storey will be imposed

Example: Delivery to the 8th storey

There will be a standard fee of $50 and 5 x $10 (additional fee) = $50.

Hence, the total staircase delivery fee will be $100.

We seek your understanding as the equipment are heavy thus for the safety of our workers, they will require additional manpower to do so.

Please pay the fee directly to our delivery crew.

Please note that during major holiday seasons (e.g. Chinese New Year, Hari Raya Puasa, Deepavali, Christmas, etc.), please allow an extra 1-3 business days for processing time due to the high peak of orders.
